Eversince I registered with freewebs.com - a free web hosting provider, I've always wanted to get rid of the tracker code. But it was necessary to put it. I wouldn't have minded had it looked good. I decided to hACk it. After a minutes of thinking, an idea struck my mind… which was the beginning of apnerve's adhack™ (coz… it was invented by me).

Though the hack is simple… yet powerful. Here's what I did:

1. Opened my freewebs index page in edit mode.
2. found out the tracker code.
3. Surrounded it with <div style="DISPLAY:NONE;"> and </div>
4. Thats all...the tracker ad is no more visible.

apnerve

apnerve… what the hell does it mean? To be honest, it means nothing. apnerve was a result of baffling around with my name for some 27 odd minutes. All I did was, rearranged the alphabets of my name and there came apnerve which, kind of, sounded cool … and there ended my search for a new screen name.

Coming to my original name, praveen (प्रवीण) is a Sanskrit word roughly translated as "expert" or "proficient". ( courtesy:wikipedia.org)
